flydocs is an asset management solution provider with the aviation industry’s most comprehensive solution for creating value out of aircraft maintenance data. We offer the tools and expertise that allow all industry stakeholders to drive sustainable innovation to help build the future of the commercial aviation asset lifecycle. Recognised as a global leader in digital records management, we were founded in 2007 and are 100% owned by Lufthansa Technik.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance & Governance Analyst to join the flydocs team in India.
With a significant part of our workforce based in India, maintaining a strong understanding of the Indian legislative, regulatory and governance landscape is fundamental to our business. This role will provide dedicated local compliance expertise, helping flydocs India understand and meet its obligations, respond effectively to regulatory change and maintain appropriate governance, policies, controls and procedures.
You will act as a key point of knowledge for Indian regulatory and governance requirements, working closely with stakeholders across the business to identify applicable obligations, understand their impact and support their effective implementation.
The role will also support flydocs' wider compliance, assurance and enterprise risk management frameworks. Previous risk management experience is beneficial, but we are particularly interested in candidates who bring strong knowledge and practical experience of the Indian regulatory and governance environment.
We are more interested in what you bring to our team than where you are located, so this role can be performed remotely from anywhere in India.
You will regularly collaborate with colleagues through Microsoft Teams and other digital channels. There may also be occasional requirements to visit our office in Vadodara, Gujarat and attend other business locations where required.
flydocs is a values-driven organisation, with Transparency, Respect and Collaboration forming key enablers of our success.
We are on an exciting journey where collaboration with our colleagues, customers and partners is fundamental to our current and future success. We are open-minded, attentive and always looking for solutions that support our people, customers and business.
The Compliance & Governance Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across flydocs India and the wider organisation and will report directly to the Compliance & Governance Lead – Digital Ecosystem.
You will help the organisation understand its regulatory obligations, maintain effective governance and compliance arrangements, identify potential gaps and provide appropriate guidance, challenge and assurance.
A key part of this role will be developing and maintaining our understanding of the regulatory and governance requirements applicable to our operations in India.
We will support you throughout your onboarding so you can understand our business, build relationships and begin adding value quickly.
Experience of internal audit, ISO management systems, enterprise risk management or supplier due diligence would be advantageous but is not essential. We can support the right candidate in developing their knowledge and experience in these areas.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, proactive and willing to take ownership – someone who wants to understand why a requirement exists, what it means for our business and what we need to do about it.
