DeleteMe is the leader in proactive privacy protection. We help security teams reduce their human attack surface by continuously monitoring and removing exposed personal data (PII) from the open web — the very data threat actors use to launch social engineering, phishing, Gen-AI deepfake, doxxing campaigns, physical threats, and identity fraud.
Operating as a fast-growing, global SaaS company, DeleteMe serves both consumers and enterprises. DeleteMe has completed over 100 million opt-out removals, helping customers reduce risks associated with identity theft, spam, doxxing, and other cybersecurity threats. We deliver detailed privacy reports, continuous monitoring, and expert support to ensure ongoing protection.
DeleteMe acts as a scalable, managed defense layer for your most vulnerable attack vector: your people. That’s why 30% of the Fortune 100, top tech firms, major banks, federal agencies, and U.S. states rely on DeleteMe to protect their workforce.
DeleteMe is led by a passionate and experienced team and driven by a powerful mission to empower consumers with privacy.
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Engineer – Cybersecurity to join our team. In this role, you will act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our Account Executives (AEs), supporting cybersecurity conversations across all territories. You’ll engage directly with prospects and customers to explain the value and technical capabilities of DeleteMe’s solutions, helping to tailor demonstrations, answer security-related questions, and remove technical blockers from the sales process.
-Partner with AEs across regions to support technical pre-sales conversations and product demos
-Deliver compelling presentations and product walkthroughs tailored to security-conscious buyers and stakeholders
-Serve as a subject matter expert on DeleteMe’s cybersecurity value proposition, privacy posture, and technical differentiators
-Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for prospects and customers
-Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to stay current on platform capabilities, roadmap, and security updates
-Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
-Support proof-of-concept and trial deployments with technical guidance and solutioning
-Help refine technical sales content, FAQs, objection handling, and demo materials based on field learnings
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar pre-sales technical role
-Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscapes, and enterprise security requirements
-Experience working in a SaaS, B2B sales environment with complex sales cycles
-Excellent presentation skills with the ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences
-Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
-Familiarity with privacy, data protection, or identity-related technologies is a plus
-Experience with tools like Salesforce, demo platforms, and documentation systems
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
Benefits and eligibility may vary based on role, employment status, and other factors.
