Role Overview

Our organization is currently expanding its global digital identity practice to enhance our capabilities in Identity, Governance, and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Access Management (AM), including Customer Identity (CIAM). We are seeking a seasoned technical consultant with significant hands-on engineering and development experience. Key Responsibilities

Technical Skills & Experience

Platform Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with major IAM products (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft) or PAM solutions (e.g., CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust, Wallex).
End-to-End Delivery: Extensive experience managing complex identity projects from initial strategy and design through to full implementation
Technical Ecosystems: Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, and various cloud-based platforms.
DevOps & Integration: Proficiency with DevOps tools and processes, including source code management via GitHub.
Integration Technologies: Experience with HR system integrations (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and technical protocols such as Java, JavaScript, XML, SOAP, and Web Services.
Governance Knowledge: Strong understanding of RBAC, Separation of Duties (SOD), and privileged account onboarding/discovery.

Professional Competencies
