The Senior Director, Global Managed Cybersecurity Services is a client-facing managed services business and delivery leadership role responsible for the global operation, commercial performance, modernization, and client outcomes of Unisys' external managed cybersecurity services portfolio. This global leader owns client-facing service delivery and operational execution across Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), and managed cloud security services, with room to expand into additional revenue-generating managed security offerings as the business evolves.

This leader will drive delivery excellence, client retention, service economics, portfolio growth, and scalable global operations while building a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged global workforce. The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with exceptional leadership, client management, project management, and business acumen. As a key member of the Cybersecurity Solutions & Services leadership team, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to associates, and a strategic partner across sales, product, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership. This role does not own Unisys' internal enterprise cybersecurity program, corporate security policy, regulatory control framework, or enterprise security architecture; its primary accountability is the performance, growth, modernization, and client outcomes of external managed cybersecurity services.
