  • Ability to translate technical and security concepts into clear business language for executives and stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex IAM, integration, authentication, and access issues

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project administration, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, both independently and across teams

  • Design, launch, and manage user access review and certification campaigns in Saviynt, including configuration, completion tracking, escalation, and remediation

  • Build and maintain segregation of duties (SoD) rulesets and mitigating controls, and support SoD violation review and remediation

  • Configure Saviynt access request workflows, rules, and approval processes, and use Saviynt analytics and reporting to monitor performance and support audit evidence

  • Troubleshoot IGA workflows, provisioning failures, connector and integration issues, access requests, and identity lifecycle processing

  • Manage day-to-day IAM operations, resolve escalations, and oversee automated identity lifecycle, provisioning, access request, and governance processes

  • Lead IAM projects from planning through implementation, including requirements gathering, resource coordination, timeline management, testing, deployment, and operational transition

  • Support the development, enforcement, and remediation of IAM policies, standards, procedures, and controls aligned with regulatory requirements

  • Participate in audits and access management process walkthroughs, address control deficiencies, and provide accurate, timely audit evidence

  • Identify IAM risks, implement mitigations, and lead the response and resolution of IAM-related security incidents

  • Develop IAM metrics, KPIs, and concise reports for senior leadership on program progress and IAM posture

  • Evaluate IAM tools and technologies, articulate the company's IAM strategy, and recommend solutions that meet business needs

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application, audit, and business teams to integrate IAM solutions across the enterprise

  • Perform other duties as assigned
