Operating across North America, Asia, and Europe, the company connects insurers, distributors, and customers to make buying and selling insurance simpler and more efficient. This is an opportunity to join a global Information Security function at a pivotal moment, helping shape how a modern security program is run, measured, and scaled using AI-powered tools and automation.
Reporting directly to the CISO, you will own the execution and operational management of the Information Security program, translating security strategy into a structured, measurable, and well-governed program of work. You will set the program's operating cadence, hold initiative owners accountable, and make or escalate prioritization decisions. Responsibilities include structuring initiatives with clear milestones and owners, running regular tracking and leadership review sessions, maintaining a single source of truth for program status in monday.com (or equivalent), and producing executive-ready reporting and dashboards. You will also champion AI-powered tools to accelerate reporting, surface risks earlier, and improve program insight quality. Coordination spans Information Security, Technology, Engineering, Compliance, Privacy, and Risk teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Compensation: €2,000 – €2,800/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.
