About Beazley Security

Beazley Security is a global cybersecurity firm committed to helping clients enable advanced cyber defenses that reduce risk with quantifiable results. We’re comprised of top talent from private industry, government, intelligence, and law enforcement who are specialists in threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, offensive security, risk management, and cyber resilience. As a subsidiary of a specialty insurance giant, Beazley Insurance, we’ve been at the forefront of cyber insurance management and breach response activities for business clients in the US, UK, and Europe since 2017. As Beazley Security, the company will have an expanded scope, leveraging nearly two decades of cyber incident experience, a strong services division, and a business strategy focused on growth, to realize our goals and deliver benefits to clients.

As a company, we are committed to upholding our core values of Belonging, Integrity, Service, Accountability, and Curiosity. We believe these values are essential to creating a strong and inclusive workplace culture, as well as to deliver world-class cybersecurity solutions to our clients worldwide. As Beazley Security, these values will continue to thrive, with an extra emphasis on expansion of our capabilities and capacity in helping solve unique client challenges.

Summary

The Cyber Services Manager is responsible for delivering client outcomes across three core workstreams: incident management, client engagements, and commercial engagement.

The role operates with independent ownership of assigned clients and engagements, translating strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and outcomes. Responsibilities include leading cyber incident management on behalf of Beazley, coordinating clients, claims, counsel, brokers and service providers throughout the incident lifecycle, designing and facilitating client engagements (e.g., tabletop exercises), and driving engagement with Beazley Security’s services and products.

Your success is defined by client impact, consistency of delivery, and operational discipline, including adherence to baseline standards for documentation, communication, and responsiveness and contributing to the achievement of team revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Management
    • Lead and coordinate end-to-end cyber incident management for insured clients, by acting as the central orchestrator across policyholders, brokers, claims, legal counsel, and external service providers to drive effective communication, decision-making, escalation management, and incident resolution.
    • Lead scoping, incident status, and client coordination calls and maintain ownership of key actions, decisions, and follow-up items
    • Ensure all incident activities are accurately documented, timely, and compliant with SLAs and insurance policy obligations
    • Deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes under pressure
  • Risk Management Services
    • Deliver client-specific engagements – including onboarding meetings, cyber crisis tabletop exercises and other engagements
    • Use incident and risk data to create simulated cyber scenarios to test decision making and coordination
    • Deliver structured client deliverables, including reports, executive summaries, documented findings and actionable improvement plans
    • Support clients in strengthening incident readiness and resilience
  • Commercial Accountability
    • Build strong client relationships across assigned engagements and support awareness and adoption of Beazley Security services where appropriate
    • Identify client needs and coordinate with appropriate internal teams regarding opportunities for additional services or support
    • Support retention through consistent, high-quality client experience
    • Partner with underwriting, Alliances, Sales and other internal stakeholders to align on client needs and ensure the company’s revenue and growth targets are met
    • Contribute to improving client journeys, service offerings, and market positioning (this could be through written content, meetings and physical or virtual participation in events)
  • Operational Excellence
    • While Beazley Security is a remote workplace, this is a client-facing role. You will be expected to be fully available during working hours at a fixed location with sufficient connectivity to participate in remote meetings with both video and audio.
    • Maintain accurate and timely time recording and utilisation tracking
    • Ensure complete and consistent documentation of all incidents, client interactions, and deliverables using the platforms provided for these purposes.
    • Follow documented guidance, adhere to ticket management workflows, SLA requirements, and response timelines
    • Provide timely, professional communication across all channels (clients, brokers, internal teams) and across all mediums (professional written output, professional appearance standards)
    • Demonstrate strong reliability, responsiveness, and proactive workload management
    • Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to consistent delivery standards
    • Contribute to continuous improvement of Cyber Services processes, templates, deliverables, and client experiences

Travel Expectations:
This role may involve periodic, expensed, business travel, estimated at up to 20%, subject to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree from any discipline or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in client-facing cyber risk or insurance, incident response coordination, or consulting roles
  • Ability to own and manage multiple client engagements and priorities
  • Experience facilitating workshops, tabletop exercises, or other interactive client engagements
  • Commercial awareness or exposure to client management / account growth / sales initiatives
